Mumbai: Teams have started leaving for South Africa for season two of the Indian Premier League.
A large chunk of the Mumbai Indians squad was given a pretty traditional send-off on Sunday night. The younger players will spend time under the keen eyes of mentor Shaun Pollock and fielding coach Jonty Rhodes over the next week.
Skipper Sachin Tendulkar and key player Harbhajan Singh will join the sqaud in a few days. The Mumbai Indians will be based in Durban.
