Sourav Ganguly is not only the prince of Kolkata but rather the prince of India and prince of hearts. We can connect to him with ease and can understand his emotions. He is one player who plays the game with full dedication. He loves India and he loves Kolkata; he will put his more than 100 per cent to win the game for Kolkata and India. He is a leader and if you try to cut and withhold his leadership skills, then you are making the biggest mistake.
Give him complete freedom and let him flourish. He will definitely come up with strong strategies and will deliver good results. Shah Rukh Khan and John Buchanan is not a good combination. I would have loved if SRK would have supported Sourav instead of John.
Last year he said Sourav will be captain even if he is 60-years-old. What had happened to his talk; he has forgotten his words just after one year. John is another Greg Chapell. These Australians should not be allowed in India as coaches. Sourav can very well handle the role of captain and coach both.
Shahrukh is making a mistake by not supporting our hero. He is just thinking about making money and supporting a person who has never played cricket. Mind you, it was a good and strong Australian team that won matches because of its performance, not because of John's coaching.
He is an ordinary coach and he should rather coach Zimbabwe or so. He doesn't deserve to be coach of high profile team like the Kolkata Knight Riders. They need a coach like Gary Kirsten or John Wright.
This multiple captain theory is going to be a big flop and divide the team. Now Brendon Mccullum, Chris Gayle, Brad Hodge and Sourav Ganguly can never be friends. John is focusing too much on captaincy rather than winning matches. Basically, he wants to rule the side; he doesn't want any captain to have any power and that's why he is dividing the power of the captain.
He is a shrewd Australian who is here to divide and rule, and I think Shah Rukh should understand his ploy. I don't know why he is behaving like a novice as if he doesn't know what's going on.
Sourav you are a hero and if KKR does all that to you, then you please join Delhi team as we will love to see you here. We love you and we want you to play cricket.
